This particular piece, Global Warming, at first glance appears to be a humorous exaggeration of the desire to look cool (by wearing sunglasses). In fact, my intent is to visualize the idea that the people of the earth cannot develop a permeable shield large enough to protect our species from the cumulative effects of heat retention from our sun.
